Chimney Sweep Clean is a top-notch company! I can’t say enough about the owner, Nir, and his level of responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. The added bonus -- he’s also a nice person on top of all of that. You will NOT go wrong if you hire Chimney Sweep Clean. After having had multiple companies take a look at the job and one no show, Nir came out on a Sunday to assess the problem. He came back on Monday and then completed the job on Tuesday. It was a complicated job given the age of the chimney, the height of the building and the multiple flues that fed into it. Nir clearly explained what had to be done, why it had to be done, and once we agreed to move forward, he then focused on getting it done quickly. This was important because I had five tenants without hot water because of this issue. Once opening things up he discovered more issues which he brought to my attention. He did charge more for the extra work, but I didn’t feel that he was nickel and diming me. His price was very fair for the initial work and for the extra work that he recommended and that I accepted. I would absolutely hire Chimney Sweep Clean again in the future with no hesitation.

Nir and his team were great. Nir responded *so* quickly to my initial email and was able to come later that day - much quicker than any other company we had looked at. Nir was clearly knowledgable, and kind. He did not make us feel pressured at any time. He responded promptly to our many follow-up questions, and once we were ready, he was able to schedule to come out and do the chimney work very quickly.
